The best hair pills ever.
I have been using these pills for awhile now and they work great. I swear these pills will grow your hair and nails and keep your skin clear. I also used vitamin c with these pills too. My hair grows fast, my hair is getting longer. My hair haven't been this long since high school days. I am now 44. At this age women my age are losing their hair and my hair is growing out long. Of course I do use other stuff like hair oils and keep my hair clean and in protective styles. But these pills have a lot to do with my hair growing, and I have no breakage. If anyone don't matte what your race is these pills will grow your hair and keep it healthy too.

Shady Expiration Date
I ordered two bottles of these tablets. On both bottles the expiration dates were torn off. The rest of the labels on both bottles were intact. Was I sold expired vitamins? Removing expiration dates is neither safe nor ethical.

    THIS REALLY HELPS YOUR HAIR TO GROW!
    Okay. time for a review. I have been using this product for about 4 months. i truly see a difference from what my hair was 4 months ago. plenty of new hair has regrown. and my hair has grown longer and thicker. as for my nails, they have become stronger. So if you have soft easy to break nails like i had or thinning hair, i recommend this vitamin.

    Work well, but are long and hard to swallow
    While these did help my hair, I struggled to swallow the caplet. They are a bit longer than I expected (that will teach me to not look at the pictures!) and often would turn sideways as I swallowed them. They are thin, so that helped a little. I could not find anywhere that it said it was okay to break in half, so if you have trouble swallowing pills, just be warned.

    put out again!
    I love this product and have used it for years to help with my hair, skin and nails. It is the only one I can find that also has Keratin! So, don't let the title fool you. I have always been able to purchase this in the store then all of a sudden it is no longer available and I have to resort to ordering on-line and paying shipping! I am so sick of this racket! Why can't you sell this in the store!???!!!???
