Great Item
I am a 33yr old women, due to the pandemic I haven't been back to the gym since 3/2020. These were the best for my joints, I always had cramps and pains. I haven't taken these in almost 2 weeks and boy am I feeling it. I will be buying more when they get back in stock at my local wal-mart. Someone once asked why are you taking these your young. Your age has nothing to do with your body. People stop assuming and care for yourself no matter what people thinks.

    help my joints and muscles. i suffer from very little magnesium absorbing in my body from my diet so this supplement helps with retaining that magnesium that i lose so i don't have painfull Charliehorses.

    An unorthodox use, but it works
    On the advice of a master gardener, I put about 25 of these in the hole and then put the tomato seedling in it. I thought it was odd and had very low expectations, but these are not that expensive so I had very little to lose. I have had a much better harvest as a result. It adds nutrients to the soil without having to buy a lot of stuff and mix it into the entire garden bed.

    Necessary Supplement!
    I've been taking these for over a year and they help tremendously with nighttime leg cramps. There's been a noticeable difference on those few occasions I've run out of them for more than a couple of days.

    According to my doctor it would have been better to get each supplement separately when they make some like that you're not getting the true value of the supplement you're supposed to get

    Doctor said it works.
    Doctor advised taking a D vitamin so I took these for two months. My next Doctor visit he said my vitamin D levels were great. I guess they work.
