Good value and is something I need for osteoporosis. Hard to tell and rate vites, but it seems to be working well with no adverse effects.

    Beware
    Not sure what's going on with these supplements from this brand, but after a few weeks I started seeing blood in my urine and had stomach pains. Stopped taking them and within a week it stopped. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    calcium crap
    46 percent of daily value is nothing. my doctor is nkt recommendibg tvus brand of calcium supplements at all. it has more citamin d than calcium. did not work when ibwas lacking

    Not happy with the choice.
    Why couldn't there been a choice of a bigger bottle, with 1200 mg, instead of 600mg? So now have to take two big pills instead of one. When I bought it at the store they had 1200mg, more than 100 count.
