I've read that it's good for hair and nails...
That's why I take it. Anything to help my brittle nails and hair. I take a lot of medications which affect my nails and make my hair fall out. I figure every little bit helps and I think these supplements have helped my hair some. I take them as the instructions on the bottle. I love the Value that Walmart gives on their supplements. I like the fact that you can order them online and shipping is really inexpensive. The winters here in KY are very cold so all I have to do order on line and they come straight to my door. Love it. THANK YOU WALMART!!

BIG Waste of Money
My nails were splitting, hair thinning. Thought I'd try this brand. 5,000 mcg. Once a day. I've take it for months. Nails still splitting. Hair shiny but still thinning. Found out the recommended dose for women over 60 yrs is only 30 mcg. You'd think 5,000mcg would work, but it doesn't. The inactive ingredient of yellow beeswax may be the best thing about it.

    Works well for me
    I have taken Biotin for about two years now to help strengthen my nails. I have seen noticeable improvement in the strength and the length of my nails. The price makes this a great value.

    So far it serves its purpose !
    I've been using this brand for all my vitamins for awhile now and so far so good . Jus t make sure you always read the directions so you know what and how many to take . Some require food . I learned the hard way with that one

    Awesome Product - Price Efficient
    I recently purchased this Biotin with the hopes of strengthening my hair and nails, and for the price I have been pleasantly surprised. It is definitely worth the small investment. I plan to continue using this product, and I am a first time user. I would suggest though taking it exactly as directed everyday for optimum results.

    Good price and making my nails a bit harder.
    I've been taking these a couple of months. I have horribly thin, soft nails that bend and tear off. One woman even asked me if I chewed my nails off, the nerve of her lol! After taking this biotin (2 a day) my nails are harder and have grown a bit longer then they usually are. I plan to keep taking them.

    Read all the reviews on this product and said, what do I have to lose? My hair and nails have been suffering for a long time. Got them, started taking them and I notice my finger nails have started doing better. Think if I get a trim on my hair I might notice something happening there to, we'll see.

    I recently purchased 2 bottles of the Biotin 5000 not realizing I had a bottle of 10000 in my abundance of items I purchase in the past. Well I have to say the 10000 by itself works wonders. I take 1 a day and it is working just great. I noticed a difference in my hair and skin just like other people stated. And, my hair is not breaking like it used to or shedding like crazy. It is amazing vitamin. And, I used glycerin and conditioner 50/50 and let it sit and rinse and my hair is super soft. I wanted to go back to a perm but not now. I can finally manage my hair. 2 years natural and I am looking forward to see what the next year or two how my hair and skin will look. I purchased other vitamins to go along with the Biotin like vitamin D but I need to finish some of the products I already opened. I hope I inspired someone out there who is looking for some affordable products to buy.

    Impressive hair & nail growth
    I definitely recommend this product - I cannot believe the growth I have seen in both my hair and nails. I have a thyroid problem, and my hair & nails have been a mess. Stress had also slowed their growth tremendously. Biotin 5000mcg has changed all of that.
