I have been eating these for about a year or so and I have noticed my hair growing in thicker than before. I will definitely keep taking these every day because they work and taste good too. No vitamin smell or taste at all

This definitely works I have seen a tremendous proof! My hair is grown 5x faster! I love the taste, it did taste a little weird at first but I got use to it, I used to take it every single day but I do forget or slack off sometimes but it grows my nails and toes too lol I would recommend!!

    Biotin is great for hair and nails!
    I've taken biotin for several years now after a co-worker recommended it. There was a noticeable improvement in the strength, health, and appearance of my nails and hair. I used to take the sublingual tablets (dissolve under the tongue), but haven't been able to find them recently. The convenience of those is that they come in a smaller package, but the biotin gummies taste great and are easy to chew.

    These are so good and my hair has grown nearly 2 inches in the last 2 months! For those saying they are gritty a WAY too sweet, no they are not gritty and I'm sure these wouldn't taste too good without some sweetness. I will continue to buy!

    BEST SUPPLEMENT THERE IS FOR VEGAN
    ok so these gummies are LITERALLY a life changer. I tapered my natural hair in July of 2019... I had NO hair in the back of my head. edges went away also at some point... I took these gummies first in May of 2020. My hair is almost armpit length now!! Btw if ur vegan like me they're great to take due to no gelatin!!!
