Defective Product
I bought the 8 Inch Memory Foam Mattress. After three days was only 6 inches on highest parts and 5 inches in corners. I called Walmart band let them know and they sent me a replacement and having the same issue so my assumption is that they boxed the wrong mattress or the mattress are defective or maybe they were manufactured a long time ago and due to COVID took too long to ship to the USA. if they are going to sell 6 inch mattress they should charge for 6 inch mattress. The other issue is that delivery and pick up for mattress is different days so you have to take time off multiple times.

    “Cloud” mattress rock hard
    Ive ordered the same mattress 5 years apart. The first one was great. The second was was terrible and I had to throw it away. I still want the original mattress I ordered in 2018 but no longer trust the brand.

    Great mattress in a box
    There are tons of brands of bed in a box mattresses to choose from with wildly varying price points and features. If you are looking for a great soft comfortable thick option. This is the one you should get. It's very plushy feeling, doesn't sleep too hot, and offers plenty of support for your back. We are using this one in a guest room and it's working out great. It was packaged well and very easy to open up and setup. I highly recommend this mattress, we especially at this price point. It competes with those that are well over double this price.

    BUY IT!!!!
    My old mattress don't give me a good sleep for sometime now. I didn't know what to expect when I got this mattress. I unpacked it after 48hrs of delivery and left it to decompress for 24hrs before laying on it. The mattress feels so soft. I'm a back/side sleeper, so getting a mattress that work for me can be difficult. I have slept on this mattress for a week now without my body aching. Now I can sleep all night.

    Super soft mattress.
    So I got my sons Zinus Cloud 12' Memory foam mattress in and I have to say how neat it is that it's vacuum sealed. We unloaded it onto his bed and laid the yellow back face down as it was the bottom and began to cut the bag. Immediately after the first inch was cut the mattress started to inflate with air. I know it's sounds funny but the air did fill/inflate the mattress. We had to wait a few hours for it to completely firm up but once it did I have to admit the mattress is full and super body forming. This thing weighs 75 lbs so it's not a cheap mattress for sure. The Zinus mattress cover is super soft to top it off. I did choose a Queen for our son so he had more room to move around. The first night he said ‘he woke a few times' due to it being new and let's be real he isn't use to how soft the mattress is. He did have a memory form pad on his old mattress but this one is by far softer. I told him ‘to give it a couple days' for it to form to his body and he will love it. My personal option it's super soft. I pressed on the mattress with my hand and it's amazingly soft and kept my handprint form for a few moments, but yes it also contains a bit of firmness (due to it being new) as we like in a bit in our mattress. Over time this will be a super comfy mattress for him with its soft feel. Made with high quality material. I recommend this mattress in a bag for sure. Super high end and even softer to lay on. You won't be disappointed. The picture is while it was forming up without sheets. (So excuse the picture).

    Mattress in the box
    The mattress is wonderful. It came in a box, big but will fits in the car. Heavy but still able to lift. I cut the plastic wrap and left for like 2 days cause I still have the old mattress. It turns out wonderful, very comfortable soft to the touch and we slept well on our new mattress. The mattress is making 12 inches as it said but I was worried that it's not enough height for what I like (Old mattress is 16 inches). We have a queen bed frame set with headboard and I don't want to get a box spring. So I got the high profile platform bed in full size, put in the middle of the bed frame. It turns out just great height of the bed.

    I sleep so much better!
    The zinus cloud memory foam mattress is so comfortable. I have not had an uninterrupted night sleep in a long time, until now. I thought my neck was still hurting from a recent surgery but now I know that it was my old mattress. I like that the memory foam adjusts nicely while I'm sleeping and doesn't leave a divot when I get up. It was really easy to set up and I was able to do so by myself. I recommend making sure that the mattress is in the room that it will be used in before you open the box. When I open the box the mattress unfolded instantly, because the tape holding the plastic bag around the mattress had come undone.

    Great mattress when strapped for cash
    1) do take the time to spin it every couple of months because of sleep close to the edge of one side all the time. It doesn't get too soft or indented in that spot, but I want to keep it from uneven wear. 2) No, the mattress does not get hot/heated like some do. I tend to sleep winter & summer under a lot of covers and while I might get warm, the bed doesn't hold heat uncomfortably. I do have a protective cover on the mattress though and that might help some. 3) This is too heavy for me to spin/rotate. It's a big, thick mattress but I can rotate it easily enough by myself. 4) I find this to be a medium-firm mattress. It's not super-firm, but it's not one of those mattresses that sink under any weight. I have someone 6 foot and 200 pounds who helped put the bed together & when they sat on it and tested the firmness it held up really well. 5) Still love the fact that I can set my computer and a cup of coffee on the lap table on one side of this bed and it's not disturbed when Is sit down on the other side. Basically, you don't have a lot of bounce all over when moving on the bed.

    I'm in love with this Zinus Cloud Memory Foam Mattress! I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it is and how much better I slept since the day I got it. A few years ago I replaced my old inner spring mattress and decided to go for a widely advertised popular mattress brand. Long story short, I have been sleeping badly, my sciatica flared up and I had pain on my pressure points. Never again will I be fooled by marketing of big brands and you shouldn't either. The Zinus brand is less known but it truly cares about its customers and delivers on its products promises of providing excellent quality for ultimate comfort. I'm so happy I gave this Zinus Cloud Memory Foam Mattress a try. It's incredibly comfortable, and even though it felt a little firm to the touch at the beginning, it definitely adjusts and conforms nicely to the shape of my body, bringing me much needed relief from pressure on my shoulders and hips, as they slightly sink into the pillow top like surface, allowing for a more natural and comfortable body position, a better night sleep and relaxation. It feels like a gentle hug for the body, no more tossing and turning at night. Not only does the mattress look beautiful on its own but it had no bad odor when I unpacked it, it came packaged nicely and vacuum sealed, and it quickly returned to its original size once opened. I also like that it is light enough for me to pick up and move around by myself. I highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking for fantastic quality, excellent value and a restful sleep at last! Get this one, you will not regret it!

    I cannot say enough about how much I love this mattress. It is called memory cloud and that is a perfect name for it! I am always nervous when it comes to memory foam mattresses because they vary so much, but this one is perfect to me! It is a high quality mattress with a beautiful top. I have had trouble with sinking too far into memory foam mattresses I've tried previously which caused me to be hot and uncomfortable. That is not an issue with this mattress. It provides the perfect amount of support while being soft like a cloud without being hot. It is thick and seems durable and very well made. Zinus had made a new fan in me and I will look for this brand in the future when shopping for beds. I highly recommend this product!

    Will not expand fully!
    The mattress isn't horrible, but it did NOT expand to 10 inches, only about 8 inches in the center, and less on the ends. I know it's only 2 inches, but I paid extra money to get 10 inches. I did complain to Wal-Mart, and they said they would replace the mattress, but I would've had to return the old one, which is just too much of a hassle, so I declined. I still feel cheated, because now I must buy a mattress topper because 1.) the mattress is too low and 2.) my favorite flat AF pillow falls in a gap between the mattress and bed frame and 3.) It could be a bit softer. I think it would've been just right if it expanded fully though. Not a bad mattress, but know that it will probably NOT expand fully. And I tried all the tricks like blowing a fan on it, and turning a heater on in the room. I even slept on the floor to give it the best possible chance to expand. Now, I do have an older twin Zinus mattress that is wonderful, but it was a different type. Spa Sensations I believe. I would buy that one instead.
