Awesome matress
Because of the good reviews I decided to buy through Walmart. It said it would take almost 2 weeks but I received after 1. The problem I had was that ups left it outside the mailroom instead of inside and the box was open. The mattress was wrapped very nicely. After I opened I let it flat out on the the floor for 2 days. The mattress is huge and very comfy.

normally i like this mattress - this one was a dud
I have bought from this mattress company before. 3 times, different sizes. never had an issue. this one did not fully fill. the top and bottom are slumped by an inch or 2 compared to the middle and overall it only filled about 3/4. I saw the date of manufacture on the tag was Nov 2020, so it sat for a year in shrink wrap. is that the issue? disappointed.

    Not happy mattress
    The mattress never expanded to it full 11.5 inches, it only expanded to about 10 inches maybe. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS. If money is an issue, as it was for me then, make this your last resort.

    12 Inch Mattress Firm Support
    I have had a twin sized spa sensations for 5 years now. It still looks and wears like the first week I bought it. I never had any issues with smells or with my mattress rising 12 inches. This recent purchase was for a 12 inch queen sized mattress. Again, no smell, and in 72 hours rose to the full 12 inches. I like my mattress on the firm side with the give for needed areas-heavier body weight. This foam allows my body to have a straighter back line and gives me a more restful sleep than any other mattress I have had. My only issue with this last purchase was delivery and the lack of warranty information. The box was left outside my apartment door. I did not get ample notification that it was being delivered. I just happened to come home early and found it in front of my door and a rather mangled up box. My advice is to have someone waiting all day for the delivery. If anyone knows how to register or obtain the warranty, please inform. Thanks

    So far, we love it!!!
    So far, we love it!! It is on the firm side, but just soft enough at the same time. We are very happy for what we paid for this! The local mattress store had mattress 2-3 times the price that had no support. We went with this one because of the price and the reviews. I am a side sleeper that used to toss and turn. Now I wake up exactly where I fell asleep the night before. It's amazing, I've never slept this well! My husband sleeps on his back and likes how firm it is. He is a big guy and feels like it is soft enough to feel comfortable but firm enough to where he doesn't sink in it. I also love Zinus because the twin bed we got for our toddler and the bed frame we got are great too.

    This mattress only came up to 12 inches on one side and 13 inches on the other side after sitting untouched for a week! We got the 14 in one. It is definitely lower on one side than the other. Im not happy!

    Worth it!!
    Package came pretty much disintegrated from FedEx but as it pertains to the actual product, the mattress is a dream! I am a face-down sleeper and had back issues from it, but ever since sleeping on this mattress zero back problems! Definitely worth it! Will never go back to spring coil mattresses.

    Ok. Apparently unlike some people... I followed the instructions and waited 72hrs to allow the mattress to fully expand and air out. I actually set it in a bedroom with fan on, to ventilate it well. Fortunately there was no odor to worry about as I had read with some reviews elsewhere. It had expanded about 90% by the 5th day. But to my surprise, when I finally laid down to sleep on it, it was NOT as soft and it did not give much to my body weight (140lbs). I have to admit, I was not expecting it to be THAT firm as it indicates it's Medium firm. Trust me, it is VERY firm. But, I added a 2.5 inch soft memory foam mattress pad and that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Overall, I am satisfied with the value for my money. But that is only because I am currently on a tight budget. If you can afford spending an extra $200 or month, DO IT! You get what you pay for. ‍️ *photos are after 3 or 5 days later
