great for a weightlifter's diet, would buy again
i use soylent as a supplement to a weight lifting routine, and for that purpose, it works perfectly. i often find myself in a position of needing 400 to 800 extra calories at the end of the day, and being able to slam a couple bottles of soylent has been critical to my caloric goals. while i can't say soylent tastes good, it doesn't taste bad at all. that said, i don't drink it for the taste, i drink it for the fast, nutritious calories, and for that purpose, it is perfect.

Product is nice but the bottle is quite terrible
I've been using Huel and Soylent together and I have to say the thing that's making me not want to go for Soylent is the bottle. Huel's bottle is well made and is comfortable to drink from. Soylent's top feels like it's going to cut your lip and is very cheaply made. Please consider redesigning the bottle so it doesn't feel like the top and the label are razor sharp. Soylent itself is quite nice though. Thanks!

At 400 liquid calories, it fills me up about as much as a standard frozen meal, enough to curb hunger when I'm in a hurry, but doesn't satisfy all day. Wish they came in 500 calorie sizes for big active males like myself, but that just means I can snack and not feel guilty about it. Does what it says on the package, fills the void but isn't intended to be a dietary staple. Overall, an economic and scientific miracle that leaves me full and nourished, with enough cash and meal prep time saved to enjoy the finer things in life, and you've got to love the name.Zach

At this point however, Original RTD (Ready To Drink) is "the one" and frankly I would be miserable without it. I have 2 to 4 bottles per day and there is absolutely nothing that can beat it for healthy convenience. I'm what is apparently known as "food neutral" so for me, Soylent is as close to not needing to eat as I can get. I can eat conventional food any time I feel like it, but I never have to when I don't, and can still get well fed. There is nothing better. I've tried a number of competing products and every one of them has ended up not getting finished, and/or refunded, because they're that bad. But I look forward to my Soylent every morning, noon, and night.JVC
