Easy way to get all of your B vitamins
Solgar Liquid B12 also has the other B vitamins. It's easy to take, I have a problem swallowing tables and capsules. It tastes okay too. I use this as my total B vitamin. The price is also very good considering all you are getting.

Tastes Terrible
Was hoping for a better taste and some Energy. No energy and this flavor is horrible. Very Thick consistency and grainy.
