Easy to swallow
I'm not someone who can easily swallow pills bigger than a gel capsule, so multi vitamins usually need to be cut up or be a gummy. These were an average capsule size and go down easily with some water.

take if you want to puke
Opening the bottle the smell alone will make you want to puke no matter where you are in your pregnancy. If you can get past the initial smell and do take it, once it gets into your system you will throw it up.

    I've tried multiple prenatal brands over several pregnancies and this is the one I've liked the best. I started these in my second trimester once my nausea passed. There is a "vitamin" smell to it that I wouldn't have been able to ignore in my first trimester. Now I just take it quickly (and with food) and try to ignore the smell. One reason I love this vitamin is the size and dosage. I love taking just one pill a day and the size is easy to swallow. I've tried brands in the past that were almost too hard to swallow because of their size. For me, the size, the smooth veggie capsule, and the daily serving size outweigh the smell. Plus I've tried other Solaray vitamins in the past and feel comfortable with the quality of the brand as a whole.

    They check all the boxes for prenatal nutrition but, honestly, they’re suuuuuper fishy. It’s hard enough to swallow a big pill during the first tri, but the smell and taste make it a whole other level of difficult. Ready to try something else once these are gone!

    Purchase if u want to have broccoli atertaste for dayyyys..
    although the idea is great to take one prenatal a day, it is competely disgusting. so rachet you burp nasty broccoli and other bad stuff for HOURS after you take it. the small capsules are no problem to swallow. Returning because it's gross.
