    Great buy!
    Solaray, I'm told, is a high quality brand. Walmart had the best price at the time and thus far I'm very satisfied. Recommended dose is two tablets a day twice a day. However, if you eat a calcium rich diet, it's easy to cut back. Time will tell if it results in keeping bones/teeth strong; in the meantime, I know I'm doing the best I can to do so .
