not worth the money even when bought on sale
The shelf boards are thin and brittle - similar to thick cardboard. The metal frame has tabs that slide into other pieces of the frame (no tools required - what a joke) You need a pair of pliers, a rubber mallet and a flat head screw driver. Several tabs were bent and needed straightening. Then when sliding the tab into place it would bend outward requiring a screw driver to push them back into place while using a rubber mallet to ensure correct seating. Having an extra person to help hold will prevent the metal frame from bending during construction (metal is thin and flimsy) Now besides several tabs being bent, 3 of the 5 shelves were damaged to the point I am hesitant about any thing of heft being placed on those shelves.

    Poor quality
Junk! The frame is so thin and cheap it bent during assembly and the shelfs are just cardboard. If you want to store more than a few pounds you will need to go buy lumber and cut your own shelfs. The description is misleading, and this product is way overpriced.

Approve of product. Disapprove of un-information.
Non nuts and bolts design is more stable but, ad did not specify needed tool: mallet. What type? Wood, plastic, rubber? What weight? How many pounds or ounces? - I beat the cross struts to damage with wrong tool.

Be patient, it can be done.
When I started to assemble the Storage Rack it seemed to me that it had been a very bad idea to have bought it, it seemed very loose, that it would not have stability, but as I progressed, it became firmer, in the end a piece was quite firm. Additional notes: 1.- Wear gloves. (the parts are sharp) 2.- If there are 2 people to put it together it is better. (I did the work alone) 3.- They are not iron parts, if you are not careful when handling the parts you can easily bend them. 4.- This Storage Rack is good for the price I paid, there are other smaller ones made of iron that are easier to assemble but more expensive. 5.-I do not need to put very heavy pieces in it so I can not comment on what concerns to support the weight that the advertisement mentions.

    Absolutely Horrid Shelves
It says it holds at least 380 lbs per tier but in reality the thin wimpy boards won't hold anything and can be bent to breaking point by hand. Feels like it was made of cardboard.

    Don't buy this
There are described as being able to hold over 300lbs per shelf. I'm afraid to set a cup on these flimsy mdf boards, let alone a bunch of items. So cheap looking and disappointing.

It works fine once you get it put together, but don't be fooled. It is hard to get it together with the little prongs (2 on each piece) having to slide exactly right into their places. But other than that it works ok and saves space and looks nice.
