I got the chocolate skinny blend from Skinny Jane to make weight loss shakes with. I've bought many different shakes before. This one is the best. It's not grainy and it mixes well. It's sweet and tastes like chocolate milk. I like to mix it with fruit and milk. I've lost 7 lbs so far.

Although I am not picky some have been undrinkable while other are mediocre. I had heard good things about this shake and decided to give it a try. I followed the directions given and the smell of sweet chocolate filled the air quickly. The powder was very fine which means it blended really well right off without much effort from my Ninja blender. I first tried it with just almond milk. I really liked the flavor. It was rich and had a decent sweetness to it. It left minimal aftertaste and was nice and creamy. I then added ice to it to thicken it up a lot. I like it very cold, and this made the shake taste more like a nice icy milkshake. I liked it. The flavor is not overpowering and it was smooth going down. I had no upset stomach and it left me feeling full. I can use this to substitute 1 meal and that afternoon snack craving time. I really enjoyed the overall experience from ease and quick time of making it to the flavor and feeling of feeling full. I feel this shake is right up within the top five of the many shakes I have tried over the years and definitely recommend it.JSThomas

The Skinny Blend is very simple to mix. I mix mines with some skim milk and the vanilla was delish. However you can also just use a shaker cup with milk too. It really did help me feel fuller longer. I like the carb to protein ratio. It is not chacky like other protein shakes are.
