Sizzix Big Shot Plus Machine
I bought my machine a few months ago, and have been over all very happy wth the cutting and embossing that it does. I am very happy at the size of platform it has. The only problem I have with the Big Shot Plus is that the machine sides are not long enough for sitting the platform on. What I mean is when I am loading up to make the "sandwich " (is what they call laying the dies, paper and cutting pads down) the platform cannot sit where you can see the edge that goes through the rollers. You have to sit the platform almost half way in for it to sit without sliding out and falling. I have to place something under the platform to hold it up and in place if I want to be able to see the front edge of the platform. I hope I described this for you to understand. I am happy with all other aspects of the machine. I guess I should have gotten a Big Shot Pro. The base is longer and it looks like the platform can sit all the way out so you can see the whole platform while loading up the sandwich.

    Big Shot Plus Where to buy larger embossing folder
    Love the machine. The problem I am having is finding embossing folders. I have been looking online for the larger embossing folders and seriously can only find only a few. The purpose for buying the larger machine was to be able to emboss larger pieces without a seam. My question is why are embossing folders hard to find?

    Sizzix Big Shot Machine
    This is a great die cutting machine. Coupled with the Performance platform, it will cut any intricate die with one swipe thru the machine. Mine is one and a half years old, used every day and is still in great shape.

    finally a die-cutting machine that i don't have to pre-cut my paper because it won't fit into the opening! i can now pick my die, my card-stock and run it through .... PIECE OF CAKE!!!

    Dizziness Big Shot Plus Worth It!
    I have the smaller version of the Big Shot. You can't beat Walmart's price and you'll love how you don't have to cut your 8.5x11 paper when you use the Big Shot Plus! The Big Shot Oro only has one additional cutting option over this one but is almost three times the cost.

    The Big Shot Plus
    I have used Sizzzix products for years and find them to be superior products. I have been using the big shot for over five years and it is well loved. I have wanted the big shot plus for several years. Now that i have it i wish i had not waited so long. It cuts and embosses beautifully. I love this machine.

    I love my Big Shot Plus
    I have recently purchased the Big Shot Plus after being reliant on my trusty Big Shot for the last 3 years which to this day hasn't let me down! I am impressed with the Plus machine and the cutting capabilities and now have the freedom to cut larger pieces of paper and fabric!
