no bang for buck. returned.
only last 10 days?? 2 servings a day for your 6 grams daily. i purchased for cheap price but for taking into consideration that it only last 1 week in a half you can find better bang for your buck..

    Not A Fan
    I got these due to not liking the taste of powder creatine. These things are HORSE PILLS and you have to take 3 of them. I'd steer away from these and deal with the taste of the powder form.

    More energy
    The first day I took these pills, I took 3 in the am and 3 post workout as instructed. I could not believe how I powered through my workout. I've done the same workout for weeks, I always lose energy and my muscles get fatigued quickly. It really does help you between sets. I had hardly any rest time and I felt pumped throughout the workout. No muscle fatigue at all. I'm truly impressed!

    It works , try it if you are old
    Years ago when I was weight training , I used creatine supplement and It most defineitly is beneficial. My problem was since I was lactose intolerant it caused digestion problems at the recomended dose along with whey protein. I had some success using Lactaid. I also noticed back then that it increased mental endurance. Now at age 70 I need all the mental endurance I can get . Now I only take one caplet a day and have noticed both physical and mental benefits.

    It absolutely works
    Every time I see "it's scientifically proven" I'm skeptical. Was it really proven scientifically or was someone bought to write a scientific paper saying it works? I'm physically disabled. Several surgeries resulting in extensive muscular alteration have left me weak. I'm recently in adaptive martial arts and weight training. Every time I push myself like I'm supposed to my muscles ache no matter what I do. I found this product today. Followed the dosage and before I knew it I did more exercise today than in any other single session. All with zero soreness even hours later. I'm absolutely stunned at how well this worked. Hopefully, this repeats but I'm definitely impressed.

    For the money, best value out there for creatine. Have used it for years. Don't waste your money on lesser quality but more expensive creatine that health food store sell.
