Broke after a week
This seemed to be a great machine but it broke within a week of us opening it. One day it just stopped turning on for no apparent reason. Since we ordered it on black friday for Christmas it was too late to return when it stopped working!

    Bad Customer Service from Singing Machine
    My daughter received this machine for Christmas. It worked well for a little over a week and then would no longer power on. I reached out to the Singing Machine company and they simply said there was nothing they could do because they had none in stock. I had thrown the box away with all the other Christmas boxes- so I am out of luck with a sad six year old daughter.

    Cheap and funny entertainment.
    I like this karaoke machine. It's sound is enough loud in my small room, do not make noise for my neighbors. Good price for me to buy it.

    Ok but not great
    I bought this for my brother as a gift as we love karaoke nights. If you're actually trying to do karaoke and see what you and your friends/family sound like live, the microphones that come with it are not the best. The microphones go in and out so that doesn't sound great even if you are an experienced karaoke-er. The machine itself is pretty cool. There are different settings to choose from so I like that. I'm not sure if it's the microphones, the connection to the machine, or the way the machine puts out sound but it's definitely not accurate as far as sound goes. We have quite a bit of experience singing karaoke and I will say this setup is of a lower quality.

    Good Christmas purchase.
    So far so good. The sound is loud. No problem hooking up to the Bluetooth. Got it for my 5yr old glad it came with 2 mics

    Lousy customer service at Folsom Walmart
    Needed to return this item and the Folsom Walmart is THE WORST!! I went in at 7:30pm and they couldn't possibly be bothered to do my return because they ONLY do returns until 7pm. I am having surgery tomorrow and won't be able to drive and walk for the next 3 weeks, but they couldn't possibly do the return??? I will NEVER shop here again!

    Great Machine!
    This karaoke machine is so worth it! I used the Bluetooth feature to sync it to my phone and I could play YouTube karaoke videos. The volume is great and you can also adjust the volume for the microphones. Can't wait to use this for parties!
