Finish lasted 2 days outside before deteriorating
I've had the chairs 2-black) for about 3 weeks. Within 2 days of being outside the finish has broken down, there are cracks in the chair around one of the screws and they look weathered. I reached out to Hayneedle and sent pictures and have asked for a refund/credit as they are not suitable for outdoor weather as advertised. They have now asked me to return the chairs in order to receive a refund/credit which now means I need to disassemble them and find something to return them in which is really frustrating. I spent a lot of time researching what would be a good choice for outside and read the reviews before purchasing.

    Worst purchase ever! Do not buy!
    We purchased two of these chairs back in April. We have sat in them about 10 times. They are already falling apart. We tried reaching out to see about a replacement, but they are not willing to do anything about it. Save your money and buy elsewhere!

    Don't waste your money
    In less than 3 months, these chairs are chipping, not just the paint but the wood is actually chipping. No one has even sat in them, they literally just sit on my porch. Even the paint on the screws has chipped off; again, in less than 3 months. I'm very disappointed in the quality - don't waste your money

    Beautiful, comfortable rocker
    Rocker is well constructed. A little tricky to assemble, but I was able to do it alone. It is comfortable and has a good, not perfect, rocking motion. I would like a deeper rocking motion, but adequate. It is a beautiful addition to my deck and Gazebo. I may add a cushion, but not necessary.

    Great looking chair at a great value! Easy to put together. I like that the instructions included a recommendation for a sealer to ensure that we can enjoy the chairs for years to come.

    Very happy with my purchase
    My two white rockers are wonderful additions to my new front porch. The rockers have classic lines and have a beautiful glossy finish. They were fairly easy to put together - both of them took me just under an hour to complete.

    Highly recommend!
    Bought two of these rockers in white for our new Florida home. The rockers arrived well packaged (no damage) with easy to follow instructions. My husband had no problem assembling both rockers. We debated about buying rocker cushions (saw them at Cracker Barrel), but decided we like the look of the wood rocker itself and they are comfortable without any padding. My husband and I enjoy sitting and rocking on the front porch when we need time to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

    Overall the product is great. Easy put together. The color of the natural oak is more of a cherry wood, but I can paint it over time. Happy to know its actually wood. Very excited to use it!

    Bought two, one was great
    Bought two of these for front porch. Assembly is relatively simple. My 15 yr old daughter put one together. The finished chair rocks adequately and looks fine. The chair is light enough to be easily moved around. The problem I had was the finish on one of the chair was horrible. Chipped paint, unpainted edges on some pieces, seat has a spot that hadn't been finished sanding and partial paint coverage. Of course, no touch up paint available from hayneedle.
