Excellent ,Handy and Confortable using
This Shark Vacmop should be in every household that have hardwood are tile floors.easy to use and does a good job of cleaning floors.no more getting your hands dirty are hard scrubbing of floors.works good.

Decent vacuum, but terrible
Decent vacuum, but terrible mop and extremely fragile. This is actually my second VacMop as the first one broke. A piece connecting the mop head to the main unit apparently broke and made the unit extremely difficult to maneuver as the movements became incredibly loose/unwieldy. I wasn't exactly using the VacMop on difficult terrain that would impede its movement and cause it to break. I used the device on tile or hardwood flooring. The fact that a moderately expensive device like this could break so easily really makes me question its durability. I believe the unit broke simply by maneuvering it under my kitchen table/chairs and under the space of my kitchen cabinets near the oven. I wasn't ramming the device into the cabinets, but apparently these movements were too much for the VacMop to handle. It actually does a decent job as a vacuum (hence the one star), but it is terrible when it comes to mopping. The floors in my living room are 3K bamboo hardwood. Using the Shark brand cleaner resulted in a streaky/hazy mess that you see. I believe alternative mopheads might help this situation, but I no longer use it as a mop. If you need an okay vacuum, this isn't a half-bad purchase. Just don't expect it to be the most durable device in the world. And if you need something to mop, I'd highly recommend you look elsewhere.

    Great for quick clean ups and maintenance
    We have two full size indoor dogs that track in dirt after we let them out. This Vacmop works great for both dry vacuuming and wet moping, allowing us to do quick and easy maintenance on the floors. We'll typically vacuum several times with a dry pad before having to use up the pad on a wet mop. It has really good suction for its size. Price is good too and we didn't need the more expensive model with the Led headlights.

    Good but not exactly what I need.
    I love the magic pads they suck dirt away and lock it in. I love the smell of the cleaner, however it lasted 1 week ( the small bottle that came with it) and I used it sparingly. Once you get the pad wet you can't vacuum with it ever again even after it's dry. I love the way the pads click on if you get it remotely in the correct position. This will be another addition to my huge collection of floor cleaners. It left streaks on my laminate too. I don't like the position of the vacuum on button I keep hitting it accidentally. The pads run about a buck per pad so it's definitely not something for poor people (meaning myself). I'm 50/50 on returning it.

    Broken not even a year old
    Dislike broke already. I bought on January 12, 2021. The vacuum Tube came off and then the side popped. Can't fix it. Really upset that it doesn't work what a waste of money.

    Vacuums and mops
    I love this thing. It vacuums AND mops. The replaceable pad pops off easily when changing it. The mop pad needs changing before the little section for the vacuum is full. It is great for the kitchen and spot cleaning everywhere else.

    Not a practical purchase
    I have hard wood and tile floors, this is a great concept but poor design. The tray fills up very quickly and you cant empty it at all which means using another disposable tray. The mop sprayer works great but after sweeping the pad is dirty so you need to put a new disposable tray on. This would be perfect for someone that has time to sweep the old fashion way first then use this but who has that much time these days. I liked the price and I love shark products but this just is not a practical purchase for anyone trying to safe time and have a clean house.
