Does not clean
This could be a children's toy. It does not clean. From the instructions manual (see picture) “Repeat at least 15 times.” Do they seriously expect us to clean the same part of the floor 15x to sanitize it?! Do not purchase. If you do purchase, you won't be able to return if you opened the package.

    Missing from the Description
    it doesn't say any where that its designed for sealed hardfloor surfaces. according to the internet, I can't use this on Vinyl floors. I didn't know that or else I wouldn't have gotten it. Its not currently in the description or the photo.

    Shark Steam Mop
    Love the Shark Steam Mop. My previous Swiffer Steam Boost broke so had to replace it. Looked at all Steam Mops out there. This one had great reviews and Walmart's price was a lot cheaper then anywhere else. Just used for the first time. Love it, cord 18 ft, long size which is important, reusable microfiber pad, removable water tank. My previous one didn't have any of these extras. It it cleaned GREAT, mop pad shows how great. Very easy to maneuver, and lightweight. Now I'm happy other broke!

    It stop working within 3 months.
    I thought it is good brand. No. It stop working after 3 months. Steam mop doesn't heat the liquid.

    I bought the least expensive model because I have more carpet than hard floors. I have used a shark steam mop before and absolutely loved it! This mop is great! Just what I was looking for.

    works great. You will like it.
    It works great. I seen reviews that said you have to keep on pumping.( It is not like that) You plug in and push lever down to fill chamber with water then you mop as you normally would.when you push ~it steams ~when you pull back it dose not. This is my third one and by far the best design. My last one lasted five yrs. the one that was made before this design I did not have it but used it at work....it kept it falling over due to the pivot that was just to much. This is perfect.it dose pivot at the bottom but just enough to go from side to side or forward. Dont EVER put anything in but water. If you prefer use a little spray cleaner on your floor as you mop. Works great I use it everyday. Cord is long and the same as my last one that was grey design.
