Great nights sleep!
haven't slept this good in years! My achey back is no more!!! Quality mattress. It was easy to unbox and set up. Arrived in a box and wrapped well. Be sure to put the wrapped mattress on your box spring or bed framed before opening. The mattress was fully expanded and set in about three hours. It looks great with no lumps or creases! It is a healthy 12” deep when fully expanded/risen. I was pleased that I was able to sleep on it the same evening. This mattress is extremely comfortable, and offers great support as it contours to my body. It is the perfect combination of firm and softness, firm to the touch - but, when laying on it, more of a medium firm. The three layers of foam come together for an all around amazing product! It is also cooling, so you don't wake up in the middle of the night overheated. I am able to get a good nights rest and be energized when I wake up each morning. Who would have thought a new mattress would be such a game changer!!! I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone who loves restful nights and being comfortable!

Hot, uncomfortable waste of money. Don't buy.
Only buy this mattress if you want to sleep on the hottest, most uncomfortable waste of money. Causes back pain and it feels like an inferno in the middle of the night. The instructions say it will pop to its correct shape but it never did. I regret buying this so much.

    Would not do curbside pickup
    Would give one star. Not the product but the store. Did curbside pick up for this. When i got home and opened the box the item was a burned air mattress, not this medium cooling gel memory foam mattress. The box was even sealed before opening. I tried to go back and get a refund or exchange but was told i since i “had opened it already i couldnt be helped as it looked ok in the pictures before pick up.” I was also told that they don't accept returns on mattress's. But i tried to fight and question why this was possible if they do not take returns for mattress's but wasnt able to be given an answer. Had to go to another walmart and spend another $400 ? as i already threw out my old one thinking this pick up would go smoothly.

    This mattress is not worth the hype, it supposed have pressure relieving comfort provided by Gel memory foam, after setting it up and sleeping on it the first night my lower back was hurting its too firm. The top gel memory foam is not as pictured. I would not recommend this item.

    So worth it!
    I was very skeptical of the whole mattress in a box concept, but decided to take the plunge due to cost and Serta being a trusted brand. I am glad I did! Super easy to set up, super comfy, great quality, and even dog approved!

    Not happy with the quality of the mattress.
    I am having MAJOR issues with thus mattress. I can't find sheets to fit and it has still not filled out, the mattress is more of a round shape and does not look or feel like it should.

    Great mattress! Extremely comfortable!
    The only thing was it was extremely heavy so if you buy a mattress when it arrives with no help vs buying from a matress store is the difference. Thank God my neighbor was home. She helped nd carry it up the steps as it is a two person job. It is extremely comfortable and well worth the price. Other places want close to 900 for the same mattress. So far, very satisfied customer! I would have given a 5 but delivery guy left too far from my door and had to drag it.

    The mattress is soft and comfortable, it took 48 hours to get on shape. The only bad thing is short sideway, it is supposed to be 60 in but is only 58 in

    Damaged, can’t return.
    The mattress came damaged and they did give me a free return but no drop off to Walmart. They wanted it repackaged and sent via carrier. Could not return mattress. Horrible. Photos are 5 days after unboxing and trying to weigh down

    Cool Gel 10" foam mattress
    10" cool gel mattress is way too soft, when you sit on the side and it gives in and you sink way down. I have trouble with my knees, so this isnt a good fit for me. Also for anyone that may carry a little weight may have issues and not any back support. It would be ok for a childs weight.
