Tiny, yet huge.
I am impressed by how small, lightweight, and portable this drive is. It is about the size of a stack of 10 business cards, just thick enough for the USB plug on it. It is more than fast enough for my needs, the attached screenshot from CrystalDiskMark shows the read/write speeds that I'm getting with my configuration, 432MB/s read and 340MB/s write. This was tested on my Microsoft Surface Laptop that is plugged into a docking station that has a USB 3.0 hub plugged into it, so I'm sure it could be faster if I plugged it directly into the computer, but the speed suits my needs just fine. The only part that I don't like about it is the USB port on the drive itself. It is the old style USB 3.0 port that looks like 2 plugs molded into 1 connector. I would have liked it much better if they used a modern USB Type-C connector on the drive. The overall build quality is pretty good, I was concerned with the fabric covering at first, but now I don't think there will be any issues with it. It is a tiny well built external SSD that has ample storage space and seems to be quite durable. I expect this to last for many years of daily use.

    Small, but packs a big puch!
    This hard drive came at the best time. I was performing an upgrade on my iMac and somehow the new operating system update caused a corrupt sector to appear on my hard drive and it erased all of my photos. However, like any good person should, I had a back up on my solid-state drive. I was able to copy everything back overnight and I was up and running the next morning. Not only should everybody have a backup but using this Seagate drive was fantastic because it's portable, it's solid-state there isn't one thing this drive can't do Having the drive be at least one terabyte for me was the perfect size for my back up and I've been very happy with his performance [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
