AMAZING!
Love the look/design of it! Was very easy to use and the price is completely worth it for the amount of storage you get; like 2 TB! Thats a must! The package was really nice as well. Def. recommend it if you need it to store all your files in one drive.

Never Purchase This Item
Okay so I've had this for all of two months now. At first it was impossible for it to install. And now it's saying fatal hardware error. I'm unable to do anything with it. I can't format the thing, I can't use disk management to fix it. All over this has been a nightmare, that I spent 60$ on because I just wanted to play video games on PC. But of course nothing has worked. I can't even get in contact with the company, to let them know my item is defective. I got on the website, there wasn't a single contact us page or phone number. If you're looking for less problems to deal with, when you want to play a game. Then this is not the product you should use. I thought it would be fine, considering all the positive reviews and guess what? It wasn't. And now I still can't play my game. I'm very upset.

    Great product, deplorable shipping.
    The item is great, however, the shipping agent cannot follow clearly detailed instructions. I took extra pains to include as much delivery instructions as possible on the mailing label. Apparently this was too much for the delivery agent to comprehend and the package was left at the address, where I specifically told them NOT to leave it on the mailing label. This is why I can't give this a better rating. Nothing to do with the product, which is great, but because of the deplorable shipping agent (USPS). I've never had any problems with UPS or FEDEX free delivery, which should be options.

    The description doesn't say this (I checked a few times before ordering), but this device is only for Windows. It would be really helpful for a Mac user to know this before buying. Returning and shopping again.

    Do Not Buy! Complete PC Data Loss!
    Used the Seagate drive and Seagate backup software “DiskWizard” to back up PC. Needed to restore a few hours later after a bad software install. Started restoration process and left the room since the DiskWizard software said the process would take an hour. I returned two hours later

    Best money spent just be careful with unplugging
    I love that i have more space on my ps4 now keep it untangled and dont plug for too long you'll have to format again

    I bought this hard drive as the primary storage device for my Xbox one s. It was easy to set up. As soon as I plugged it in, it asked to format to the Xbox, which was easy to do with one click of a button. No delay in gameplay or loading issues, perfect device.

    Bought this external hard drive to use with we bought this for our PS4 to expand the downloaded games we had instead of deleting and having to reload from our library. Well worth the cash. #gameon

    Love that once my 8000+ pictures were removed from my laptop CPU that it runs like new! And I still have 1.76 terabytes left of space... And it's all on the pocket sized external hard drive I can bring with me anywhere. Will be getting a couple more to give as gifts.
