Very happy with this quality piece of furniture!
I am so happy to have bought the fireplace. It is heavy when it arrives but the pieces are very solid, and it came with every piece not one scratch all the hardware was included and the instructions were easy to follow. It did take us hours to put together because we took our time read directions twice before each action, but it turned out beautiful. We have already enjoyed it many times, and look forward to using the rock insert instead of the log insert in the spring. It's a perfect fit for the 10 x 12 room where we have it placed. I've already recommended it to friends and family.

Came damaged:( In the direct center that is very visible. Many scuffs all around the furniture Super heavy as well to carry up 3 flights of stairs.

    Just what I was looking for. I wish the heater had a thermostat and flame adjustment but for the price I'm pretty happy. I was worried it may arrive damaged but it was fine. The box was super heavy. The delivery person left it in front of my garage door without ringing my doorbell. I had to open the box and take each box in the house separately. Instructions were clear, all pieces clearly marked so it a breeze to put together, which I did by myself.

    We love this!!! We had a terrible time finding an entertainment center in white and even more difficult one with a fireplace too. Love the design of this unit, with the curvature in design I think it looks much richer. Can't comment as far as having to put it together since we opted to have done, which was offered during the ordering process. If it would have been available I wish we could of gotten this same item just a little bigger in order to have a bigger fireplace and if the fireplace had a remote like some. I'm sure we could of looked around longer and found one a little bigger with a remote but we love the style of this and you definitely can't beat the price. Overall we are very very happy with our purchase. Also, it was delivered on time. The box was somewhat tore up and looked like it had been open. But we open the box and carefully checked for each piece and if there was any damage...and everything was there and no damage. We just order 2 ladder shelves and 2 side table to match, can't wait for everything to get here and see it all together!!! Its going to look great!!!

    was scared to have this delivered, but box had no damage. hubby put together in one night, not cheep wood. its pretty heavey duty, heater has almost no sound ,looks great as watching tv

    missing screws
    I'm so mad they didn't send me the screws so now it just sitting there , boxed was thrown away so I doubt I can return it ,, also does anyone know how I can get screws for this and what kind?

    Only recieved half the pieces.
    When I received this it was missing the hardwear, glass doors and 4 other pieces. It looks like it would be a nice fireplace if I was able to assemble it. Very frustrating.

    Beautiful tv stand
    This is a heavy piece that took about 2 hours to put together but once completed it was worth it. One of the front legs was broken but a little glue took care of that. Overall beautiful tv and worth the price.

    Inconvenient
    The hardware package was missing from the box. I called Walmart to see if they could just send me a hardware package, but they will not. My only option was to return the entire unit and have a new on sent to me. Which was not what I wanted to do because the box is kind of heavy. So I returned the 1st one and now I'm waiting for the new one to be delivered. Hopefully I won't have any problems with this one.

    Terrible quality it is cardboard super flimsy takes forever to put together you are better off placing your TV on a plastic storage container. I bought it to upgrade one I bought at a garage sale that is missing the whole backside and is still more sturdy than this garbage.
