Totally “crappy”!!
Single ply which isn't clearly stated, this will collect dust unless better quality just totally can't be found. Ordered online and won't let me return.

    My favorite toilet paper by far. It holds up much better than the original Scott in my opinion and has a thicker texture.

    Where are the Mega Rolls?
    The below photo is the "New Comfort Plus double roll" on the left against the "Old same product Mega Roll" on the right. This is the same product so the quality is no different. With the change in packaging and name we have not been able to purchase this product in "Mega Rolls" that we are used to. The 18 Double Rolls = 36 Regular Rolls run out too fast. IF IT'S NOT BROKE, DON'T FIX IT. I would gladly have paid more for the product I love. No need to change the packaging and name.

    Small Rolls
    Truthfully, we miss Scott Soft!! Scott Comfort Plus is only okay - nothing to write home about. No problem with lint, however, the rolls are extremely small! I looked in our guest bathroom trash and was embarrassed. FOUR rolls - towards the top - and another at the bottom. We empty the trash weekly. PLEASE make the rolls much larger!!!

    Did this product go through quality inspection?
    I use Scott toilet paper all the time and am usually very satisfied with it. Recently, I bought a very large pack of Scott toilet paper. A couple of the rolls were of poor quality- almost shredded (see attached picture). I was very disappointed that Scott would actually package a product like that.

    Why replace a good thing
    We have used Scott Tissue for over 25 years, and my disappointment at the size of the rolls in the new comfort plus compared to the extra soft is horrible. A lot of long also. We really depend on you for a quality proud t, but you have dropped the ball on this one. I would have preferred a price increase as to a decrease in the size of your rolls. Please bring back the extra soft it was perfect

    Less Sheets Per Roll
    I just bought your "Comfort Plus" tissue. The truth is it should be comfort less. You, like most companies, have reduced the size of the roll 33 sheets. So it should be comfort less. This is a typical way companies short consumers for the company to make more profit.
