Great! Helps stiffness
This product really helps! You only need two a day and they are coated so they won't upset your stomach. I was using a different product but I decided to try this one, because it had hyaluronic acid in to support joint lubrication. This helps my joints move easier and I don't feel so stiff now. I have RA and believe me, I see a definite improvement. My knees and ankles move freely and don't lock in place now because this product helps to lubricate the joints. If you suffer from stiffness and joint issues, I highly recommend these! They are very reasonably priced and really support your joints.You have nothing to lose, except the joint pain. Don't feel any difference

    Move Free Joint Health makes my joints feel & move better!
    Move Free Advanced Plus MSM 120 tablets has helped my joints feel better! After taking for almost 3 weeks I can feel the difference with my joints and morning stiffness that I have had. My knees, elbows and shoulders move a lot better and do not hurt as much as they did before taking Move Free. Also I have cut down on taking my prescription Ibuprofen since I started these supplements because my inflammation and pain is not as bad as well. I take 3 tablets a day with meals as stated and they are normal sized coated tablets with no after taste. It does contain Shellfish, so be careful if you are allergic to that.     Helps my knees
    I have used Move Free Advanced Plus MSM & Vitamin D3 Glucosamine Chondroitin by Schiff. I am glad to be taking them again as I definitely do notice a difference. I've played competitive sports(wresting, beach volleyball, crossfit) for years and definitely feel some wear and tear on the joints. Taking this supplement does seem to alleviate some pain my knees helping me to continue to stay active. The pills aren't small. You only have to take 2 a day though and they are coated. I don't have a problem taking pills so I easily take them together. If you have difficulty taking pills I suggest taking one at a time with plenty of water. Note that these will not help immediately.     Good daily vitamin and good source for vitamin D3
    I have been taking these vitamins for about two weeks now. I was taking a multi vitamin, an a vitamin D3 along with that. I think these move free vitamins are a great alternative and I don't have to take multiple vitamins separately. They seems to help with my joint pain. I still experience joint pain but it is less. I didn't know about these prior to trying them now but I think I'll continue to take them because I like the results.     Schiff has continued to impress me over the years with their supplements and their new Move Free Joint Health Advanced Plus MSM with Glucosamine + Chondroitin Supplements are no exception by any means! In fact, I've been taking this supplement for about two weeks now and I'm already experiencing a noticeable improvement in my joints as well as a greater ease in mobility! This particular formula from Schiff targets and supports five signs of joint health...strength, flexibility, lubrication, comfort, and mobility! In addition, they took an extra step in formulating this advanced supplement with MSM or Methylsulfonylmethane which is a makeup of sulfur that aids in the formation of collagen in joints and is found in our bodies.     Pills too large for me
    I suffer from joint discomfort, knee pain, elbow pain, etc. I have always been told to take movefree for healthier joints. My mom has been using it for years and is a happy user. I have been taking Move Free Advanced for about a week and I haven't seen any difference yet. I would love to have pain free joints. However The problem for me is that the pills are really big and hard to swallow so I don't want to take them. I would have preferred smaller pills and more dosage. The instructions are two a day, I wouldn't mind taking four if they were smaller and easier to swallow. There's no funny taste or after taste. I will try to suffer thru the entire bottle with hopes that I can have my moms results as I want mobility, comfort, strength, flexibility and lubrication which this product claims to give.     Good products, hidden shellfish
    Please be careful if you have a shellfish allergy because this product contains multiple shellfish ingredients! That being said this is a pretty standard supplement. It's hard to tell the effectiveness of something like this with only 1 month's use and everyone will have a different clinical response to it anyway. In terms of objective analysis, the pills are easy to swallow and did not leave any lingering aftertaste or indigestion. It's also nice that the bottle contains more than 30 pills so each container last you a little over a month which really adds up over the course of a year.
