After receiving this product and figurinhg out it needed a phone line to work, I wasn't happy. I notified the seller asking to return the product and never received a response. This was never used. only tried setti g it up and then factory reset everything. Will never buy anything that is re-furbished. Thanks for nothing.

    Great tablet, it does what I bought it to do.
    My Samsung Galaxy Tab A, arrived on-time and in great condition. I have no complaints with buying a refurbished product as long as it is functional and still has a battery that does not require constant recharging. This tablet works just fine and does exactly what I bought it to do. People that buy refurbished Items and then complain about cosmetic damage have very unreal expectations. They need to purchase brand new from the manufacturer and then they have a valid complaint. Enough said.

    Almost like-new tablet for a reasonable price.
    This is a refurbished tablet, but except for a few minor scratches on the back, it looks like new. Came in a plain white box with white charger base, short white usb A to micro usb cable, cheap Bluetooth headset (with charger cable) and stylus but they work. No memory card tray release tool though (bent paperclip works), and no instructions (can be found online). Was supposed to be wifi only but has T-mobile capability (no sim installed); not sure if that is good or bad. Seems to work fine but touchscreen is not very responsive at times and usually difficult to get pop-up menus on homescreen to stay open long to make a selection. Android 10. Includes basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint. I think it's good for the price.

    I think that the looks of the tablet is poor. It is functional. I am not happy with the tablet, because the screen has too many scratches. They should have described the item better. I understand the item is refurbished but I think is overpriced.

    Amazing Battery
    I've had many tablets in my life thus far but I've never had one that holds a charge longer than a day.... Until now! The battery life from this tablet is amazing! I use it a lot and the charge will last minimum of 4 days! Thanks Samsung and especially a big thank you to Sam's Club for an awesome deal!

    Quality & power are great, especially at the cost.
    I bought this tablet on sale for $100 and at that price, it is a great bargain. The 64G of storage, including the 32G card, which was supplied with the device, should be more than adequate for my applications. The screen's colors and resolution are excellent and processes are fast.

    Good tablet for the price
    I love this tablet. I'm able to do everything i purchased it for. My only complaint is that the wifi connection seems to have issues where other devices we have in the home are able to easy connect and hold connection

    Nice little tablet
    Great little tablet. Good price. Screen is really nice for videos etc. The atmos sound is interesting, depending on what you listen to it could be wonderful surround sound or like your inside a drum, which could be the recordings or the device (headset or speakers). The sd xard makes it an even better deal.
