Cheaply made.
I love this book for the information. But in this case, I want to speak about the quality of the book. The cover and pages are made of a very cheap paper, very flimsy, it has a newspaper feel to it. This is the type of book that you pick up everyday because is a guide and it has information that you have to read on a daily basis. If I could change anything it would be better quality on the cover and pages.

    Love this book .
    I love this book . I started reading it right away . The only downfall about it is that you need to keep up with the book and the exercises and the rituals and all that . So if you aren't serious about the book from start to finish don't open it until you are lol cause you need full dedication to this book .     I began reading this book last year when I saw Queen Afua on my Spiritual Brothers myspace page! I rented it from the library in the beginning but it has so much information in the book, I had to buy it! I am just getting back to reading it again! {Had to start over} She talks about things that I am not quite use to seeing! Me being from a christian back ground, it does take a lot for me to deal with a lot of it! But I learned how to incorporate the things in the book with my beliefs... Its well worth reading and finding things that will help you take care of yourself from the inside out!
