I liked everything except the directions they were hard to follow, and it did not come with any stakes to fasten it to the ground. Therefore my trampoline blew away and was demolished. The grandkids are missing it so much. It was right after the one year warranty had run out. If you could do something to help me get another I would appreciate it as my grandkids would also. thanks

Broken and disappointed
We have had this assembled and in use for 2 months now and the welding has come apart in two separate places on the support legs. The trampoline has collapsed as a result. Thankfully there were no injuries but this is seriously disappointing to say the very least! Hoping that this can be resolved with customer service.

    Great trampoline!
I've had the trampoline for a couple weeks now, it was a breeze to put together And works great :-). Even with The netsand stuff if a little kid slides to the edge he could still get his foot hurt, but I think a little common sense will go a long way here. As a kid we didn't have nets on our trampolines and none of my friends died from it :-)Great trampoline, highly recommend Great distraction from this Quarantine :-) I am no trampoline expert in this is the first one I've been on in years, but it seems just fine to me. If it falls apart later on I will come back on here and follow up.

A good value for the money
I bought this Upper Bounce because I read consumer reports that Upper Bounce's trampolines were easily taken down for the winter - no screws or hardware - because we live in a place with high winds and it can't be left up in the winters and that wasn't true. The entire thing, with the exception of the posts, requires screwing. It seems durable, though the mat is not especially tight for a good workout, and it appears to be safe.
