    An excellent purchase for the whole family
    This basketball hoop is MUCH sturdier than ones we have had in the past and I am anticipating it lasting much longer due to its heavy duty construction. When my teenage son and his friends dunk the ball the breakaway rim works perfectly and allows them to continue on with their game as if they were on a real court! The whole family has had fun and it definitely appeals to all ages.

    Nice hoop!
    I've had this hoop for two years and I'm happy with it. I was sort of dissapointed by the padding on the back because it is still loud when I dunk on it. My other concern is that I wish the net was tighter at the end for more realistic swish when you shoot like regulation hoops. When friends come over they love to play on it because it looks and feels like the real thing. Other than that the hoop is great. I mounted the hoop in between my rectangular window. I also put the sklz sticker with a Gatorade logo on it. Here it is:

    For my 2 year old. Rugged and appropriate, hangs lots of places. Ball has realistic texture and feel. Quality materials.

    We have had other of these over the door basketball hoops. Most slide around and end up scratching the door. The Sklz ones have foam on the back and do not. This is our second one. The first one lasted about 2 years worth of dunking :)

    Awesome indoor hoop for any age!
    My son had gotten the smaller one and it lasted a year. My daughter hung on the rim and it finally broke. We decided to look at wal mart web site and found it! We ended up ordering the bigger hoop. It is great. Very good quality. Has padding on back so it won't damage the door it hangs on. I have two sons 7 and 13. They play on this hoop with their friends all the time. They love to have dunk contests. It has a break away rim. They are very rough with it. It is the only indoor hoop that has lasted more than a month or two. Thinking about buying an extra hoop just in case they stop carrying it!

    The Mini Hoop Xl is bigger than the origional mini hoop. The hoop and the ball are also bigger. The only problem that I have had with this product is the "breakaway" rim. It is more likely to snap the backboard in half then for the breakaway rim to budge. But if you don't hang on the rim you should be fine. It looks like the real deal, and provides fun for the kids when they can't go outside. I would get this product, it is very thoughtfully put together.

    Holds well to a lot of playing
    Way better than the street mini hoops. The street hoops chain net always broke. This holds up very well.

    This is a great hoop, brilliant idea! No more plastic rim hoops that break 1st time u play with them. The net did break within a day of playing with it, but with 3 boys dunking the ball, it doesn't surprise me, we just tied a knot in it & hooked it back on.
