Junk with bad cust service
It broke on second use and when I tried to contact them there was no response. My so. Who got it for his birthday was so disappointed

    broken charger
    purchased 2 of these 3D pens. the first one arrived on time all in prefect condition, the 2nd pen arrived and the charger is junk. if i use the charger to my other pen it works. so it was sent to us with a junk charger.

    Purchase this around July. had n I t had a chance to try it out til now. Apparently it is not functional as no sound us made and it does not feed the filament to use the device. Cannot figure what to do about returning or anything.

    Would not recommend
    Worked great for about an hour. But then when changing colors, it didn't feed properly.. Made a noise, which earlier it had operated really quiet. Unit seemed hot, so we decided to let it cool down. Never worked correctly after that. Granddaughter was disappointed in her birthday gift!
