really easy process to buy packaged well double box actually arrived on time it's going to be a great gift for my son he's going to love it highly recommend this product I have opened it or used it but it looks and appears to be really great quality

Terrible
My son finally got to open this watch on Christmas morning and the watch wont even turn on, Im very disappointed. I feel like I just wasted my money on this watch that he will not be able to use. I bought this about a month ago to avoid last minute shop but now its been over 30 days so I cant even return this anymore! Worst purchase ever! I already charged it for over an hour and it still doesn't turn on!

    My 9 year old grandson absolutely loved this gift. Said it was one of the top 3 he received for Christmas. He is always checking something on it and tends to keep it close. Since he is a Jurrasic fan he was extremely pleased. He didn't request as a gift but I like to surprise him with something new and cool!!

    Very disappointed again.
    Be careful having items shipped from Walmart! I received my delivery, but it had been opened and resealed with clear tape. I am so upset with the shipping process yet again. I hope it isn't damaged, but I won't know until I give it to my granddaughter on CHRISTmas.

    My son loves this just because it's Toy Story which is enough for me but it does have cool features he can use obviously the clock, the alarm, steps and it's the kiddie version of my Apple Watch ☺️

    Money well spent.
    I have not given them ro my grandchildren yet, but I have to admit I did open them and tried them out and I was amazed at all they do. the best thing of all it is such learning tool. Definately not a toy but an excellent device for children to learn on. Love it.

    Terrible quality/ electronics
    1st.. did not come with instructions or manual. 2nd.. worked for part of the day, then assert fail error code comes in and locked the phone. Can't turn it off, can't hit the reset button (did nothing), can't take out battery to reset it. This error code just stays on the screen 24-7 without being able to do anything. 3rd.. No company send to have any idea about this phone, nobody knows who to email or write to about it. 4th... nothing on internet when asking about this code or how to fix. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WATCH TO ANYONE. unless they want a sad child to deal with.
