Great dye!
I used this to dye some Tom's flat canvas shoes that had faded. I first boiled water in a pot, removed it from the heat, then mixed the dye (two bottles) plus one cup of salt. Then I placed the shoes in the pot and agitated the water occasionally. I soaked the shoes for 8 hours, then rinsed in cold water with a little vinegar. They turned out great -looked like new! This photo was taken about 3 months after I dyed the shoes.

Not good
either the material we wanted to dye wouldn't properly let it to be dyed or the dye itself wasn't good enough dye. It only made the material slightly grayer then it was originally, the dye was to make it black. Used one bottle as instructed, let it soak for an hour. Used second bottle and let it soak overnight, still not good

    Just as I hoped
    Wanted coral sheets but not too dark. Formulated with this and the coral to create exactly what I wanted. Helpful hint- if dyeing in the washer keep a junkie blanket near by to do a few wash cycles after and draw out any excess dye.

    Worked well on the stove
    I dyed a thin white tshirt and it came out well. Just be sure you really make the fabric turn this way and taht. There was an area where it was folded that wasn't as dark. I simply did another pot on the stove and made sure it was exposed to the dye/water and voila, it came out great. total time in the hot water/dye was about 20 minutes.

    Works beautifully!
    Just finished painting a fabric glider/recliner using this dye and im so happy with the quality of the color!! I went over the whole chair with two coats and love the results. I will definitely be looking into other colors and other projects for me to dye with!

    I had a few sun faded spots on a dark dark gray shirt that now looks new thanks to this dye. I added the shirt to the dye and used hot water (not boiling)I had heated on the stove. My pot came clean and cleanup was not difficult at all. My only disappointment was that I couldn't find a charcoal gray dye, I had to use black to cover the areas which in return obviously made my entire shirt black. It's looks great but I really loved the original charcoal gray color of the shirt.

    Beautiful color.
    This is one of the most beautiful colors, I had a little trouble with the dye tho, after the tops dryed, I noticed some uneven dyeing of the color. I will probably try to redye the tops with the same color. I've used this brand before and this is the first problem I have had.
