Perfect!
I purchased the iPhone 12 128gb. This is my second iPhone purchase from this seller, and just like the first phone this one is in perfect condition. ( The first one is still going strong, but my 7 year old has practically taken it over so I’m giving it to her for Christmas.) The 12 has even came with a screen protector already in place! I haven’t even been able to find a scratch on it yet. AND it came early than expected. I’m beyond happy with my purchase.

Completely disappointed
Screen has dent’s and scratches. Mobile body also having dents. This is very disappointing and waste of money.

    Refurbished repair didn't work.
    The repair that made it refurbished is the problem still. We couldn't get the phone to work for more than 24hrs at a time. Had to call cell service 3 times as it would break after tech support the next day. Finally took it to the cell store and they said the “repair” will keep having issues.

    Understandable it's not going to be in a great condition but it's advertised as as refurbished: being in a good condition, cleaned and good performance- it came SO scratched (don't even know how since those screens are pretty forgiving when it comes to scratching), it was SO dirty and dinged all over and with 80% battery performance - guessing it might be a thing of luck on which one you get and what condition but they should do separate listings then and fully describe the damage and put up pictures so you know what you're signing up for and not wasting everyone who's involved time

    was i the only one who got scammed? says phone looks new.. mine was busted up. like the recent owner didn’t have a case on at all, it’s super scratched around the sides and the back cameras look terrible around the frame. such a waste of money.. be careful..

    HONESTLY...
    I ordered the iphone 12 white 128gb and the performance of the phone was great but with 88% battery wellness. Yet being honest the screen did have a lot of scratches on it so by the looks of it the previous owner did not take good care of it. I have had my android phone for almost 5 years and do not have screen protector and my phone looks way better. So performance 7 out of 10 and cosmetic wise 6 out of 10.

    Phone looks and works good but charge runs down quickly. The seller provided things to try but didn’t help. And I CANNOT get info on the 2 yr service plan I purchased! I will go thru my phone co next time.

    Got here on time really quick phone was perfect in packaging only a couple tiny scratches on the back but that doesnt even really matter with a case on but this phone is really good for the price whilst being refurbished

    The phone doesn’t even work there’s a bunch of scratches on the creen and back my soon saved up for this and was so excited he was so upset after coming home and waiting all day to open it and then realizing it doesn’t work don’t buy from here worst purchase ever

    The phone was received in a timely matter. The phone had several scratches on the side and on the screen. They were not unbearable for a used iPhone. The camera works well. Also there were no scratches on the back. So far the phone is working okay. But if it acts up I will return it.
