Damaged product
I realize this is a refurbished product, however, most refurbished items are in a "like new" condition. The one I received was scratched up and not presentable for a gift. I have sent it back, still awaiting a refund since this was a third party vendor and I couldn't return to Walmart.

    Damaged upon receipt
    Although the item was refurbished I still expected it to be clean and in working condition. When I received it the screen was extremely dirty and was not completely attached to the iPad. I returned the item for a refund. I have received confirmation that the item was received and got an email from Walmart.com that my refund has been processed back to my debit card. I am still waiting for the refund to show in my account. Throughout this process I had communications with Jem Jem and they responded promptly until I inquired about my refund. Now they are not responding to me. I fear I will not get my money back and have nothing to show for it. I would not recommend ordering from Jem Jem.

    iPad mini 2 from Walmart.com
    Love this IPad mini 2. Finally decided to spend a little extra money to get it. Worth every penny of it. Looks new and very fast. Loads all the google apps I used with android. I had peace of mind knowing it was sold by Walmart.com and not a market place vendor. Would recommend buying it from Walmart.com

    They did not work
    I received the ipads on a timely matter and was excited to get them as they were going to be a "Santa" gift for my children. Luckily I decided to set them up early in the week and to my surprise, they didn't work. One of them took the charge but after that it never charged again. The seconde one wouldn't even take a charge. I was extremely disappointed that Walmart would allow them to sell their products on their website. Now to wait for my refund. Hope fully I won't have problems getting my money returned. Lorena C.
