Great Christmas gift!
I've never bought a refurbished electronic before and I was worried I'd get a poor quality iPad but I'm very surprised and happy with this purchase! It works great just like new. Fast responses, no scratches or damage to screen. A few bumps and scratches on the sides of the iPad but with the case on you can't see them! Overall great purchase for a Christmas present!

The Ipad has been charging for 4.5 hours now and is just now on 30%. It is also not pairable with an apple pen/

    It's on the low end of scratch and dent
    There's no way the iPad I received can accurately be described as in "refurbished like new" condition--even using a very broad definition of the term. It's scratch and dent, no question. In addition to literal scratches and dents on the back, its battery life is significantly reduced, and there's been some lagginess and glitches--it's crashed a few times. But for $109, I guess it's fine. At the time of writing, it's updated to the latest ios, and it does basically function.

    Ipad did not work. after i reached out to this company, they did nothing but tell me to return. no exchange, no support. nothing. I will not ever purchase through this company

    Love it.
    I LOVE this iPad it looked brand new, no dents or scratches. Sometimes I use it for my 5 year olds homework, so make sure to get a case and screen protector. Overall AWESOME deal great screen, great battery life.

    do not buy before reading all info. especially specs. I purchased a restored tablet that stated it was 100,,% restored and 1 year warranty. The tablet quit working 5 mo after purchase. Tried to get replacement. but company said warranty expired. Will not purchase from them again

    Disappointing product.
    "Refurbished" iPad arrived with battery capacity of less than 3 hours.The button to start a return doesn't work. Poor service and quality both.
