I don't like to eat breakfast in the mornings. I'd rather drink a protein shake or something similar to start my day. I decided to try Boost Glucose Control because it has a good amount of protein, is low in sugar, and includes fiber. The chocolate flavor is delicious and it has just the right amount of sweetness. It's smooth and not gritty like some drinks can be. This drink filled me up for breakfast and kept my hunger away until lunchtime. And in case anyone thinking of trying this was wondering, it contains milk protein and soy protein isolate. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    This drink is perfect for a high protein low calorie drink. I use this drink since my doctor recommended a protein replacement drink. I use this as 1 meal replacement in my weight loss journey.     My husband is a Type 2 diabetic and takes medicine to control his glucose level. He misses eating so many different foods that were always a favorite of his. He does have a sweet tooth and especially misses eating his favorite desserts. He says that by drinking Boost Glucose Control it helps to satisfy his craving for something sweet. He enjoys the taste, Vanilla Delight, and is happy to see that it contains so many nutritional benefits. There are 16 grams of protein. Boost Glucose Control is made from milk and soy products.     If you're trying to keep your glucose levels where they need to be, Nestle's Boost glucose control drink is what you should be drinking every day. It has a unique blend of protein fat and carbs that will help you manage your blood sugar levels. Anyone diabetic or pre-diabetic should have these in their fridge.     Loving the taste and vitamin list!
    This is my first time trying this Boost beverage and I really, really like it! I'm getting a lot of vitamins and minerals and the vanilla taste is really tasty for being a nutritional beverage.
