Not as advertised
Wow what a disappointment. The image of the item is of the packaging that it should have come in. What actually came was just loose in a FedEx box; no packaging whatsoever. While it claims to have been “refurbished” I have serious doubts that it was actually refurbished by Nintendo. It looks just plain USED and used hard. Covered in scratches. Had the item description advertised it as “used” and showed a picture of just the 3ds itself with no box or anything, I don't think I'd be as shocked as I am now. Or at least some mention of the condition the item would be in?? “Refurbished”? It barely looks clean. I feel like they were being really sneaky here.
