    No Pen. Not cared for.Keep looking! This is dirty!
    I know this is refurbished, but I've never seen a refurbished item so gross. Outside was scratched significantly, not a big deal, but it should have been noted. They couldn't bother to clean the screen or keyboard. The pen was not included even though the pictures and description specifically list that the pen is included. Overpriced considering I have to buy the pen and a new keyboard separately. The keyboard was so dirty I can not in good conscious give this as a gift to anyone! It is disgusting, dirt and food mashed in. I don't have time or money to order a new one. This is my daughter's one big gift. Will never buy electronics from this seller again. Definitely look elsewhere!!!

    It's old and doesn't come with a pen. Don't do it
    Don't do it. The Surface Pro 3 is old and you can tell by the way it looks when you get it. And, the description says it comes with the pen and the picture shows a pen, but you don't get a pen. And...when you email the company about it, they don't respond. I've bought refurbished items before and they have been fine, this was not.

    Great, but Stylus not included.
    It was easy to set-up and so far has worked great for digital art, which was my purpose and purchasing it. The only thing is that the picture shows that it comes with a Stylus pen, but it did not. So had to purchase one separately.

    Will not buy from this seller again. Tablet was to come with a stylus and it was not in the box. Tablet also should have had an OS already installed and it did not. Tried to contact the company but they do not respond.

    Bad Buy . Battery Issue
    Battery is very bad. 75% to 45% in 1 hour. The stylus is missing. I felt the price should be much lower since its way too old version and battery issue. Therefore I am returning this item.
