Great computer
Computer works great only complaint with it is the battery doesn't hold charge had to order a new one.

Very Heavy Lpatop
I recvd. the laptop and returned the same moment .. its very very heavy and not worth for the price purchased for a refurbished product ... there was a dent which was very clearly visible

    Did not work properly upon receipt. Conversation with vendor on phone lead to walking me through opening the computer and correcting the problem. No longer working after less than 60 days. DO NOT ORDER ONE OF THESE.

    Do not purchase from joy systems
    Refurb HP Elite Book by JOY SYSTEMS Im a big fan of HP computers. When I saw this deal for an elite book, I thought I had scored. An i5 core processor, great make and model, really good reviews, Windows 10, and an internal optical drive. Upon opening I quickly noticed many cosmetic scuffs and scrapes. Yeah it's a refurb, but the underside of this unit looked straight beat up. I opened the optical d: drive and it was cracked. In half. Not like a hairline crack but broken and dangling when fully open. The packaging the computer was shipped in was secure, so I know the unit left the JOY SYSTEMS facility in this manner. After emailing customer service, they told me they would send a replacement drive, as it would not be cost efficient to send back my unit back for repair or exchange. I had to do the installation myself (which luckily turned out to be not awful as most of my " repair" attempts so often do). I was so angry this this "refurbished" unit 1) was clearly not inspected before going into market with a broken component and 2) was then told I would have to perform the repair myself. I know, you get what you pay for. There was a reason this was offered at such a low price. But this experience was simply infuriating. I am not normally one to complain, and this is the first review I ever written for any product I have purchased. I am urging everyone who takes the time to read this review do not under any circumstance purchase a product from JOY SYSTEMS.

    Okay for the price but not the best
    I purchased this laptop about 3 weeks ago. It was very well package and looked nice cosmetic wise. The picture has It looking a lot nicer than it actually is. It is not bad for the price. It is very, very heavy. I have had it freeze up a few times and a delay when typing. The volume is not all that great. Sometimes I have to push the power button two or 3 times before it actually comes on. . It did not come with any preloaded software. I had to purchase/download everything I needed. Overall not a bad laptop but not my preferred one either.

    Right out of the box, many of the keys on the keyboard did not work. I would have thought that if it is "refurbished" then someone looked at it before they sold it and would have known that the keyboard was defective. What a waste of my time. I would not recommend anything refurbished from Walmart.com
