Unreliable refurbished product
The motherboard died less than two weeks after setting it up. The boot sequence never made it past POST, or even into POST. The BIOS screen would not come up and hence the OS would not load.

    Great machine for the price.
    A nice machine: fast and reliable. I wish Windows 10 were as easy to use. One complaint: HP has adopted power switches that are hard to locate. They are black, thus blending with the color of the case. You get used to groping for the power switch.

    missing software key for windows!
    came without an activation key for windows, without it it is useless and to buy a new one is $199.99 dollars , where's the activation code?
