Buyer beware
Well 10 days late getting it. But that's not the biggest issue. I just actually sat down to use it after putting it on charge yesterday. And I still have 11% battery. So I check with the crosh system and low and behold no battery.

    you sent transaction to our the bank we close our account last month, they say even tho you send transaction it will be declined, need to get this issue solved, send transaction to our bank we just open, everything will be fine then

    Very Disappointed
    I dislike that I waited a month and a half for a product that doesn't even work. How could they send someone something that I'm sure they knew didn't work before it left their establishment, it only shows a white screen nothing else.

    Don't do it
    This laptop I received was not in good shape at all. The top corner of the screen was cracked, the entire backside had scratches, and the keys were sticky

    Total waste of my money
    2 hp chrome book, one screen is coming off. Can't download most app too old version. Would have been better if I had given my 400$ to charity for a good cause. My kids are doing school on their phones now . I have to buy 2 laptops again. But certainly not from these people. Come to wonder why Walmart is dealing with them. Putting their name and brand on the line here!

    Good device but came dirty
    The Chromebook itself is fine and seems to work well. My problem is with the state which it came...it's filthy! It came with some caked-on dirt all around the screen and keyboard, and with the full name of the previous owner still written on a sticker on the charger. I understand that this is a refurbished unit but they could have still taken the time to clean it!

    I just received this laptop and it is all scratched, it's refurbished but it is scratched and it is dirty. Not sure how this kind of quality in a product is allowed to be sold.
