Happy with my phone
It came in good condition a little bit of scratches on on the sides. But isn't noticeable I love it very much I highly recommend!!!!

Poor Quality and Damages
Both, device has screen damage, first device has deep scratch an white spots on the screen, second device have several white spots in the screen. Both battery capacity is bellow 80%, One device has a replacement screen, true Tone don't work.

    This is amazing. Everything transferred from my old phone to this phone perfectly fine! I am able to text, play games and call without any issue! I can also connect my AirPods very easily! I definitely recommend!

    Not gonna lie this phone is amazing I didn't set it up yet but from the outside it don't even look refurbished I mean like this thing has no scratches, no cracks, etc, it looks fresh and new it came in a white box along with a charger including the back piece for it !

    do not believe the description that says works like new looks like new the outside of the iphone was in like new condition but the screen looked like it had been tied to a car and drug down the road it had a spot in the screen and i contacted for a exchange and all they do is refunds or a partial refund is you repurchase a another from them...wait what they want you to get part of your money back and pay full price for another one so you pay for a phone and a half smh stay away ?     Purchased a iPhone red 11 and is banged up pretty bad, scratches dents all over, it's peels you can tell it was banged up and drop a few times, to expensive for this phone. This phone is not even worth 200 dollars

    I bought 3 of these phones and they all are scratch, and been dropped. I will never buy from this company again. I worry the phones won't work they are a gift so I would be able to tell until after Christmas. It's hard to see how bad they look it the pictures but they look bad. I feel like I wasted my money.

    Thankfully I got a great phone. When buying used you are taking a chance. And I received a phone in perfect condition. Took the SIM card with no problem. Charges well, looks good, months later still doing good!!

    The phone came on time and is in pretty decent condition. The screen is scratched up but they put a screen protector on and you can't tell there is anything wrong with it until you peel it off. The charger block that came with it is good but not the cord, it was cheap and did not work and i had to buy a better one. The phone also didn't come in iphone pacaging just in a regular box but that is alright being as the phone is refurbished. Overall happy with my iphone 11 order and would order again.

    does not work just like new how they claimed
    your job is to make sure the phone is actually repaired and to fix all the problems. this phone has a battery issue so I have to replace the battery. and my mail doesn't work properly (account error) most likely will be returning for my money back
