Damaged device
I wasn't satisfied with my order , ordered an A grade phone and received the device with 83% battery health, scratches and none of the speakers are working.

    Thankfully I got a great phone. When buying used you are taking a chance. And I received a phone in perfect condition. Took the SIM card with no problem. Charges well, looks good, months later still doing good!!

    iphone 11 good deal
    The phone came on time and is in pretty decent condition. The screen is scratched up but they put a screen protector on and you can't tell there is anything wrong with it until you peel it off. The charger block that came with it is good but not the cord, it was cheap and did not work and i had to buy a better one. The phone also didn't come in iphone pacaging just in a regular box but that is alright being as the phone is refurbished. Overall happy with my iphone 11 order and would order again.

    PHONE IS NOT FULLY UNLOCKED! DONT WORK WITH SPRINT, BOOST MOBILE, OR ANY OTHER COMPANY WHEN I TRIED TO BYOP DEALS! IMEI IS INVALID AND PHONE NETWORK SAYS NOT ALLOWED!!! NOW I HAVE WASTED MY TIME AND HAVE TO WAIT DAYS FOR A REFUND! WHICH I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY I HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DIDNT WASTE NO TIME TAKING MY MONEY!!!!     does not work just like new how they claimed
    your job is to make sure the phone is actually repaired and to fix all the problems. this phone has a battery issue so I have to replace the battery. and my mail doesn't work properly (account error) most likely will be returning for my money back

    Got the phone, was immediately disappointed. I noticed right away deep scratches on the screen, the back of the phone had scratches everywhere. It looked like the phone wasn't even cleaned from the previous owner. There was dirt and whatever else in all of the speakers and along the screen. For what they charge, I was expecting more.

    Physical Appearance Good. Problems Functioning Tho
    I've had several iPhones in my past so I know when something is not right. I'm very happy with the phones physical condition. Everything LOOKS great but it isn't actually all great. The phone was just delivered to me last night and took forever for me to set up (cause the screen would just randomly go blank out of nowhere) When I finally get the phone set up a message pops up saying “Your iphone display may not be a genuine Apple part” me having no idea what that means, I did some research

    Scratched screen
    I ordered this for my daughter and she was NOT happy. It had scratches on the screen that would catch your finger nail and not just 1. I sent it back and I would probably never order from this seller again.
