What a disappointment !
The back of iPad comes engraved with being it being « property of a school in New Braunfels, TX « and it didn't come with the exact items stated in description. Had to return it

    My device never downloaded things through Apple that it should've been able to, nor did it have any storage on it. it came with a protector and a tempered glass screen protector on it, but broke through both. One day it just stopped working. It was really just a drop in the bucket over $100. Save your money purchase it directly from Walmart.

    Nor in original packing, stylus pen not good condition . Ad mentions nothing about being in graves with school serial number. And all scratch up and beat

    We purchased this iPad about a week ago for our daughter! The iPad has been working great! My only complaint is that the description says that I comes with the original box and tempered glass and we didn't reserve either of those!

    Somewhat satisfied!
    Did not come in original packaging or with tempered glass. It would have been very helpful when making my decision if I actually knew the version iPad I was purchasing. But, I needed a replacement iPad for my 5 year old grand daughter and to her it's the best so if she's happy I'm happy.

    My Walmart.com....
    The description is inaccurate and the package DID NOT contain the tempered glass or protective case AS described...!! It's the third order in the last several weeks I have to either obtain a refund for or jump through hoops contacting the seller and Walmart customer service concerning these very disappointing buying experiences. If this corporation doesn't oversee the individuals selling products what value is it to have loyal consumers of Walmart basically working part-time to retrieve, correct, and report this information?

    I bought this Apple Ipad Air for my son Christmas gift. Christmas day when he opened it. I set it up for him and everything. Charge it to 100% be played on it for a total of 15mins or so and dies. I put it on the charger it pops back on and says it's on 80%. Im confused on how it dies at 100% because that means it fully charged. Long story short I reached out to explain the problem. Seller agreed to send my son another Ipad. A month or so passes by no updates. Ipad still going dead when it's fully charged. My sons has to literally play on his Ipad with the charger in. Im so upset about this because my son can't even enjoy his Ipad without the charger. Such a bad experience!

    Make sure you read before you buy!
    I purchased TWO of these tablets because they had a "good deal" but when they arrived BOTH the tablets did not come with what it said it would. One came with no case, and one would not hold the charger. I also didn't know that the tablets were Generation 1, which means they cannot be updated to the current update for apple products (current IOS 15), and if you plan on connecting it to the same iCloud from an apple product that you have, the current update, you will not be able to connect it to the same iCloud. The apps that you want to download won't be accessible because of the IOS is not updated. It's a WASTE OF MONEY and very MISLEADING.
