Refurbished IPad 4
I am a new IPad user, but wanted one to be able to see pictures from family members. This seemed like a good way to go to get started, in case I found it too difficult to use. The item came on time and in great shape. I purchased a users guide for dummies and am slowly but surely learning about this new technology. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to dip there toes in the water of a new type of computer. The graphics are beautiful on this IPad!

Poor Quality Would Not Recommend
The product arrived very late and on top of that it arrived broken, yes broken the entire top area by the camera is complete cracked and shattered and the screen is also cracked.

As we moved on and updated our devices, we continue to utilize the older apps as well as other features that Apple provides. Now we have replaced the older apple that broke with a very affordable refurbished one. We just download our older apps and many others and our product is as good as new.Darlene

The screens are completely scratched and body dinged. It looks like a 2 year old took them to play soccer on a driveway!! I did not even try to turn them on, returning asap!!!! I received the two tablets that i ordered at a reasonable price i thought but when i received the product i was very disappointed. One of the tablets had an indention on the back of it and it was clearly coming through the screen, so that immediately made me mad, like how could you send something out like that, then when i tried to contact them through phone they was unavailable. i sent like three or four messages directly to them, email and voicemail and didn't get a response till i contacted walmart. this just dont make sense but i will re resending these tablets back. Even thought they were fairly cheaper than expected it still was too much money for the trouble of trying to get it repaired which i think would of needed repair sooner than later. not only that the screen had been replaced on one of them also. I will not order another refurbished anything because they will give you anything. and not only that, the chargers that they packed in the box wasnt even apple, it was some bullcrap off the street.BrittNY

I was prepared for some cosmetic flaws, but the screen had over 6 different significant scratches. After the shock of this, I tried to start it up. The operating system was never reset to the original factory settings. It was still in a mode to assist disabled ones, with audible commands, and required double tapping to get any command to work. It never allowed us to get to a point to reset it ourselves. After numerous attempts to reach Altatach, we eventually had to communicate with them through Walmart. They finally emailed us 4 days later. To their credit they did refund her money very quickly. But overall, all very disappointing experience for a 93 year old woman willing to embrace the new world of technology.bethhldr

I could not afford to buy a new one. I was a little concerned about a refurbished one. I can't believe how long the battery lasts.
