This is the best pasta. Fusilli is always my favorite, but this brand is great, too.

The noodles were good
The noodles were good but they took forever and then some to cook. We kept trying them to check for doneness and kept having to cook them. It took well over 15 minutes for them to be done. They tasted great but as a busy family of 5 the cook time was not something I could manage on a regular basis.

    Best of the Best
    Probably the best pasta we have had to date and we are in our seventies. Our children each got a Rao's Christmas basket from us and now they are raiding our supply of pasta and sauces. The marinara sauce is a favourite for any meal that requires tomato sauce.

    Definitely worth the extra buck. I will not be going back to the other noodles. I wish there was a bigger selection of Rao's because they are so good.

    Rao's is definitely worth
    Rao's is definitely worth it! First off, it boils nicely and gives a nice chew at the al dente phase that can be hard to strike with some of the other grocery store pastas. Second (and super importantly), the packaging is delightful and feels very I-picked-this-up-at-a-small-Brooklyn-grocer.
