Taking care of your little one as well as yourself
I have been taking these vitamins for over a month now and can really feel a difference. It is hard to find a good over the counter prenatal vitamin. My only problem with them is that they are hard to swallow because they are on the bigger side. Within a couple weeks of taking these I started feeling great. I had so much more energy and stamina.

    Perfect for sensitive stomachs…
    Love it. The only prenatal that I could take on an empty stomach without the slightest nauseous feeling. Overall, felt good about the ingredients and gained energy. Took it several months before baby number 1 and for the entire first year while I was nursing. Back on it in prep for number 2. Highly recommended!

I love that these vitamins help boost my immunity and energy some times its hard to eat whats good for me without feeling nauseous .it is a rather large pill but packed with some much our bodies need daily.
