Open box
The box was not sealed which they were supposed to be and one green booklet inside the box was missing. Shipping was fast but during the pandemic I really don't like to receive an item that has been used and sold as new? I hope I don't catch Covid because of this.

    Nice and relaxing.. but loud motor
    Got this for a friend who has been dealing with migraines. She said it's really nice and relaxing. She loves the heat and pressure massaging her temples. She said only complaint is the motor is loud, even with the piano music playing.

    it was a easy purchase. it came on time. I bought it for my elderly auntie who is a cancer survivor and is now going through blood transfusions in his a lot of the time fatigued. she brought it with her to her transfusion and was able to get the eye massage and able to listen to music with her Bluetooth headphones

    Read ALLLLLLOOOOOTTT of reviews and chose this brand (RENPHO) and am VERY HAPPY with my purchase. Puts me right to sleep! I can see how this may not be for everyone BUT IM SUPER HAPPY I GOT ONE!!! Bought another for a friends birthday, she tried mines and LOVED it as she suffers from migraines.

    Got DRY EYE? This is AMAXING
    I have severe dry eye and blue screen strain, this fits a bit weird on me but I still LOVE it! I love the heat massage and the multiple vibrations it goes through in it's cycle of 15M. I wear it every night before I fall asleep and I even sleep better. The Bluetooth is great to connect to soothing/relaxing music on my phone. It even tells you when you need to recharge. I have oil based eye drops from my optometrist office that I put in before each use. Warning.....Take off your eye makeup before using with heat!

    Unfortunately I didn't read the fine print. I didn't realize I shouldn't use this product because I have had redial caretometry surgery and cataract surgery in both eyes. I would like to return the product but I threw away the box it came in. Is it possible to return it without the box.

    Be careful if you are an Asian
    Overall I feel this is a good product. But please be careful if you are an Asian. This product is designed for white people faces - high nose ridge and narrow in shape. Asian faces, even small ones, are relatively flat, so the product cannot be tightly worn against Asian faces. The vibration is not strong - cannot feel anything. But the buttons are very good, just a light touch and it helps change the mode. I like the heat function. I will try other product, such as acupuncture ones, which I expect to be stronger.
