I have reverse reactions to some medications or supplements and unfortunately Melatonin kept me awake all night!

    Fast asleep
    I can honestly say I'm fast asleep within 10 minutes of taking one capsule. Make sure you go straight to bed after taking it. Yes I would recommend it.

    These really work !!!
    I have tried so many brands of Melatonin and was always disappointed with the results or lack there of. This is the only one that does what it is supposed to do. I take one of those about an hour before bed. I fall asleep about a half hour later, stay asleep a good 6hrs,and feel rested in the AM. Highly recommend.

    Tried to save some money and bought this as opposed to the dissolving melatonin. Not as strong so I won't be buying it again

    Great natural sleep aid
    They really helps you fall asleep! I have to admit even though I love the gummies flavor they doesnt work as efficiently as these tablets! Definitely fast working!

    for a better night's rest
    I take one Melatonin and one Aleve PM for a much better night's rest. Taking 2 Aleve PMs makes me groggy in the morning but only 1 just doesn't do the job. However, adding one Melatonin does the job without the heavy morning grogginess. So 1 Aleve PM and 1 Melatonin, does the trick for me. The combo either helps me stay asleep or allows me to go back to sleep easier. Non-addicting and safe when taken as directed. Recommended.
