    good size
    I like the 60mg so i can adjust between 60 mg and 120 mg when i take Vinpocetine and when i don't. these are easy to swallow small pills. i will say the liquid extract capsules i used before these pills ,I liked better.

This is why, the product itself has my tongue refusing me. I have seen no results in this.
